The TexJet unit is APJeT's flagship production-scale product. Designed to treat textiles, non-wovens and other flexible materials at speeds of up to 120 ft/min, the TexJet is the fastest processing plasma treatment for textiles available today. At just 8 ft. high by 8 ft. wide by 3 ft. deep, it fits into the smallest footprint of any available system.

Designed for in-situ processing, the TexJet is typically equipped with eight 6-ft.-wide electrodes. Fabric enters the TexJet machine through a pre-treatment processor, which removes excess moisture and entrapped air. The fabric is then plasma-treated by each of the unit's eight, 10 KW plasma jets. We offer designs from 20 KW to 120 KW. Fabric may be treated on one or both sides.
