Adhesive tapes are used in a wide variety of industries to rapidly adhere components together. The bond strength between tape and substrate can be improved by pretreating the substrate with APJeT’s Surface Activation Plasma. Labels also adhere more strongly to plastics, glass, and other materials when pretreated with plasma.
APJeT’s Surface Activation Plasma Systems integrate easily into existing process lines and operate at low temperatures, preventing operator burns and melting of substrates during line stops.
